Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with AlignSmart. We stand behind every product we sell and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-day return window
You may return your AlignSmart device within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product purchase price. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition — undamaged, with all included accessories and packaging. Items that are visibly damaged through misuse or returned incomplete may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
How to initiate a return
To start a return, contact us at info@lionstoneenterprises.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not ship items back without first contacting us, as unrequested returns may not be processed.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the credit to your account — typically 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged in transit).
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, shipping damage, or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lionstoneenterprises.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear
- Items returned without prior authorization from our support team
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different color or a replacement unit, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
