Shipping policy

Thank you for your AlignSmart order. This policy explains how and when we ship, and what you can expect after placing your order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Standard shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 5–10 business days (where available at checkout)

Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders of $40 or more. Orders below $40 may be subject to a flat-rate shipping fee displayed at checkout.

International shipping

At this time, we ship primarily within the United States. International availability may be offered on a limited basis — please contact us at info@lionstoneenterprises.com before placing an international order to confirm eligibility and estimated costs. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@lionstoneenterprises.com with your order number.

Delivery delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather events, customs processing, or peak shipping seasons. AlignSmart is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched and is in the carrier's possession. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Lost or stolen packages

AlignSmart is not liable for packages lost or stolen after a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors and any building management before contacting us. We will work with the carrier to investigate, though resolution is subject to carrier policy.

For packages confirmed lost by the carrier before delivery, please contact us at info@lionstoneenterprises.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. AlignSmart is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@lionstoneenterprises.com. We will make every effort to correct it if the order has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order is in processing.
